INNOVATION

The OXYSCLEAN® patented technology uses the process of thermo-magnetic induced cold plasma oxidation/decomposition, which consists in creating a highly oxidative atmosphere within a confined environment, in order to decompose any organic matters and composites, which includes mineral oils and its derivatives (plastics, rubbers, paints, etc.), hazardous wastes i.e. pharmaceutical, chemicals, infectious medical (excluding cytotoxic or cytostatic chemicals, where ultrahigh temperatures are required).

The apparatus can of course easily apply to domestic waste and potentially generate energy, however, this is not suggested to our customers in order to avoid possible conflicts with circular economy policies.
LOW ENERGY

The most important advantage of the OXYSCLEAN® technology is that the device operates without any external source of energy (other than 220 volt needed to supply for the electric motors -hatch opening and vibrating), as the necessary heat is provided by the oxidation process itself.

A non-flammable based combustion is induced by the intake of ionised oxygen molecules generated by 30 pairs of extra strong Niodymium magnets, which are located at specific positions of the device.

The controlled process can achieve temperatures of up to 500°C, thus neutralising any pathologies and incinerating all non-mineral materials, at the same time with very low emissions in terms of greenhouse gases, dioxins and furans.
LOW COST

The equipment is compact and non-complex. It can therefore easily be deployed in any location.
It offers particular value in low income and/or low-demographics areas, i.e. small/medium countries, small municipalities, islands, etc. It can be operated either by single unit or multiple units, depending on the needs of the geographical area.

1 single unit can easily attend the disposal needs for infectious healthcare waste of around 1 million inhabitants.

The purchase price of the basic version of the decomposer (non-automatic vertical feed) is extremely low in comparison with any other application in this fields. Ask for a quotation.

THE CHEMICAL
REACTION EXPLAINED

PROCESS WASTE: ASHES
When decomposing the materials, which are fed in the chamber, the process decomposes 100% of all organic material, however leaving in average up to 4% of non-organic materials under the form of glass, metals and neutral (non-toxic) ceramic dust , which all can easily be recycled.
